An Unforgettable Dining Experience!** Bazaar Meat at the Sahara is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in Las Vegas! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stunning—sleek, modern, and with just the right amount of energy. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Chef Jose Andres has created a menu that’s both inventive and indulgent. The **Cotton Candy Foie Gras** was a whimsical yet delicious start, and the **Wagyu Beef** melted in my mouth. Every dish was a masterpiece, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations and ensuring our meal was paced just right. The cocktails were also top-notch—creative and expertly crafted. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for an extraordinary meal, Bazaar Meat delivers on every level. I can’t wait to return!
Perfect dinner! Such great recommendations from our server and the sommelier!! Everything was so good, I can’t recommend one thing over another. Highly recommend you come as a group and try a variety of things. The beefsteak tomato tartar was amazing!! Beautiful space and great atmosphere too!! Also super convenient to make it to our show on time at the Wynn! We will definitely visit again soon.
The best steakhouse in Vegas, the outer layer is charred nicely while keeping the inside juicy. Downside is that you have to wait 1 hour for it to cook. Their desserts were pretty good as well and are in bite size, which is just nice after a heavy meal
WOW! The atmosphere was nice but the food was mind blowing! Everything after the next was more delicious. The snow aged Waygu blew my mind. We ate almost one of everything and it was my favorite! Our server Elias and the Sommelier George were awesome. My only concern complaint is that it was too good and made me eat too much. This has to be the best steak restaurant in Vegas but it’s also the only one I’ve been to.
This place lived up to the hype and then some. Special thanks to Arnold for being a fantastic server, attentive to every detail and ready with fantastic recommendations when needed. We had so many dishes, all without fail delicious. The wood fire grill is always such a treat! We come to Vegas once or twice a year for a few dinners and this is surely one of the best we’ve had over the last few years! It’s hard to say which dish was best, but my photos highlight the many!
This place is just wow!!! The place is absolutely beautiful, they have five amazing kitchens, ceveryone was super knowledgeable about the food/stations and the staff was super friendly! Our server Paola was absolutely amazing and knew everything about the menu. I highly recommend getting her for your service because she literally had an answer for every question we asked (we had alot and I felt bad). The Washugyu/Angus is absolutely mind blowing on how good the flavor is. The olives (not pictured) was amazing. The classic beef tar tar melts in your mouth. I have been to a lot of the different high end food venues here in Vegas and this is my favorite so far. Thank you all at Bazaar Meats, it was lovely and I will be back. Tell Paola thank you so much too please!
This place is next level. If you are looking for a dining experience, stop by Bazaar Meat. The food, the service, and the ambiance are all amazing. Starting with a perfect Old Fashion. Our server, Sunday left nothing to chance as he anticipated our every need or want. The appetizers were all delicious. My steak was perfectly medium, and the desert plate was decadent. If you are looking for and can afford it, this treat splurge on this place.
Best restaurant in Vegas by far only because we always come back for Patrick! He gives you the history of each item and guides you to your taste. Timing of the food was perfect and, of course, the food is always amazing!
